Small dogs: $28.00* a calendar day (up to 30 lbs or by breed, at our discretion) Large dogs:$34.00* a calendar day (over 30 lbs or by breed, at our discretion)
*Rates are all inclusive of Hug Therapy, Playtime and Group Activities and “kong-times” ( when you supply the kong and stuffing), Bedtime Turn-down cookies and story or song times with YOUR pet’s name in the song or story, daily housekeeping, DAP therapy.
*Stays of longer than 15 days will receive one FREE day redeemable in a future stay.
Activities costing extra are:
- Birthday Pawties by “The Big Biscuit” (usually for your camper’s “unit”- 4 or 5 other friends. Please give us 10 days’ notice to coordinate this very special “production”)
- Leash walks
- Massage Therapy
- Reikki
- Special Transportation Requests
- Special Food or Medication Requests (medication $.20 per dose, multiple medications will require you to purchase a pill box suitable for daily/weekly distribution)
Payments
We require payment in advance by check or cash for stays of five days or longer. Shorter stays may be paid for by check or cash when we return the pet to you or your representative. Should we make other arrangements, outstanding balances will be subject to a 2% surcharge every 30 days.
Date Changes & Cancellations
Cancellations during off-peak times may be made up to 48 hours in advance with no penalty.
Because we prepare and staff in anticipation of your pet’s arrival, however, changes and or cancellations made to your reservations within 48 hours may be subject to a $50 charge.
Holiday Package and School Vacation Reservations
Holiday Package and School Vacation Reservations should be made at least two weeks in advance and must be paid in full to secure your reservation.
These will be non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled arrival or 1/2 of stay if cancelled within two weeks.
